Movie Review by Sonny Davé

Chan is Bob Ho in The Spy Next Door, a tired government agent who wants to retire and settle down. Ho is in love with his neighbor Gillian (Amber Valletta), a divorced mom. But Gillian (Amber) has three kids from hell who make besting bad guys a walk in the park.

In order to marry Gillian, Ho has win over the kids and get their blessing. So when Gillian has to leave town to tend to a sick relative, Ho offers take care of the kids and win them over. This is where the fun begins.

If you like Jackie Chan then you will like this movie. It's a safe, fun family movie. The movie may seem rehashed for adults, but the kids and Jackie Chan fans will enjoy it. Our kids liked it a lot. The movie has Billy Ray Cyrus, which the kids will recognize from Hannah Montana on Disney and George Lopez.
